  1. To quickly and permanently work through beliefs that stop you from taking on large goals and personal change, as well as emotional reactions that interfere with daily life, goals, relationships, and happiness.
  2. To peel back the layers of fear that stand between you and clarity \(including the fear that is behind feelings of being overwhelmed, stuck, stagnant, or \'too old\'\).
  3. With an EMDR practitioner to treat phobias, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, and jealousy, as well as releasing the lingering shadows of divorce, rape, war, murder, or suicide of a loved one.
